This year it falls on May 7th , and Crucial Youth Productions will showcase a beautiful evening of real authentic reggae music. The “Solid Unbreakable” Tour features an array of Jamaican artists with various styles.

Episode 21 features: Various - performers, singers, and songwriters materials. Staying on the hot topics of mannerism, upbringing and culture. Urban Reggae Zone‘s host Rankin Scroo says parents should discipline their kids. Like Mega Banton said in Episode 20 self discipline is the best. He also mentioned that parents should stop their kids from watching grown folks channels on tv because they learn the wrong things.

URZ welcomes Mega Banton, long time legendary reggae artist and veteran for spreading the word to the world of reggae music lovers. Mega Banton has been writing and performing for over a decade. Mega Banton maintains his path as an independent artist pushing his career, singing and performing at venues globally spreading the cultural awareness and the ethics of the culture.

Episode 20 features: Mega Banton - performer, singer, song writer. We speak on topics of mannerism, upbringing and culture. Mega Banton says he was not raised by his parents but he had to have self discipline. Mega Banton says self discipline is the best and he doesn’t think kids should be watching grown folks channels on tv because their learning the wrong things. Mega Banton also explains that he came from a musical family his father had a sound system. This is where he learned a lot of songs that helped his career up to this time.

URZ welcomes JR Toots, a rising reggae star and the son of the legendary Toots Hibert of “Toots and The Maytals,” a veteran for helping to set reggae music’s leading force for Jamaicans and the world that loves reggae so much. JR Toots has been performing for over a decade and keeps on keeping on even when it seems like there’s no hope or success.
JR Toots maintains his path as an independent artist pushing his craft, singing and performing at numerous venues globally spreading the cultural awareness and the ethics of the culture.

JR Toots say was not raised by his parent by Grandmother and not only that he had discipline he had a lot of duties to perform including raising little brother and take food or something to share with those who did not have or in need, and if he questioned it his grandmother would call on gods name. So yes
mannerism and proper upbringing was the only way.

URZ Welcomes Israel’s frist lady in reggae Queen Makedah.
Celebrating the final episode of International Woman’s Month, Queen Makedah is one of reggae musics leading forces. Spreading cultural awareness and the ethics of the culture.

Episode 18 features: Queen Makedah- artist, singer, songwriter and school teacher.  We speak on topics of mannerism, upbringing and culture. Queen Makedah says she was not raised by one specific person or parent.  She had elders such as her grandmother and yes they all believed in discipline.  Queen Makedah let it be known that you had to have mannerism and principals because her community of elders (not only her parents) made sure the youth had proper guidance. Episode 18 plays 5 songs by Queen Makedah and 4 songs by: Irie Irae Divine, Sister Beauty and Sister Carol.

Episode 17 features: Sister Carol- artist, singer, songwriter and actress. We speak on topics of mannerism, upbringing and culture. Sister Carol says if you were raised in Jamaica you don’t have a choice but be disciplined. She let it be known you had to have mannerism and principals. Sister Carol was brought up right because the community of elders (not only her parents) guidance was always there. Much honor to ‘Doctor Myo Angelou’ a renaissance woman who hailed as one of the great voices of education. Dr. Angelou is an activist, poet and world renown author. We also honor ‘Nikki Giovann’ princess of black poetry a revolutionary poet, commentator and activist for over thirty years.

Episode 16 features Ishall Manifest an artist, singer, songwriter and actor. We speak on topics of mannerism, upbringing and culture. Ishall Manifest says his parents were all about discipline. He had to be well mannered and yes he was brought up right. Even though his parents weren’t strict with their method of discipline, he himself enforces discipline as a parent. Ishall Manifest also speaks on how elders were always around him and influential in giving him guidance. Livicated to all women and honors “Queen Nanny” Jamaica’s national hero. Nanny was born in 1686 in Ghana, West Africa of the Ashanti tribe and was taken to Jamaica as a slave. ‘Nanny of the Maroons’ tribe leads the rebellion against British colonialism and is victorious in making Jamaica independent.

Episode 15 features Alisha Strings, singer/songwriter and violinist. We speak on topics of mannerism, upbringing and culture. Alisha Strings says her parents were all about discipline and as a parent herself she enforces it. She also speaks on how it takes a whole neighborhood to raise a one child.
